Here’s a challenge for you. Take time to look yourself in the eye. Look at yourself in a mirror. Face to face. Greet yourself, like someone you meet in the street. Someone you like and care for.. Accept yourself as you are. Learn to like what you see. See the wonderful things that make up the you in the mirror.
I have a book by the first nation American, Sun Bear, called ‘Walking in Balance’ and this idea comes from him. Tomorrow I will post a quote from his lovely book – what to say as you look at yourself in the mirror and it’s all good.
