Weekly Drop-in sessions at the Mercure Swansea Hotel

I teach two drop-in sessions at the Mercure:  Tuesday evenings from 18.30 and Thursday afternoons from 15.00.  At the moment they are just an hour, but if I can build up a following I would like to extend the time to 75 or 90 minutes if that’s acceptable to students and the hotel. (The lesson charge will stay the same – £5).

The first lesson with me is free of charge to see if my yoga suits you.  Every yoga teacher is different and if it’s your life time ambition to do handstands, I’m afraid I haven’t done a handstand since I was about 8 and I’m not about to start again now (at 60).  However, hopefully I can offer you a carefully planned lesson of safe and satisfying yoga. Yoga is adapting all the time as our knowledge of how our bodies work improves, along with the understanding of the toll that modern life takes from every one of us.  Add to that the wisdom of yoga that goes back thousands of years (at least 5000), and you have a very wonderful combination.

I look forward to seeing you.
